The description

Nine sections walk the frame, the seven laws one at a time, and the integration practice.

The laws are Pure Potentiality, Giving and Receiving, Karma, Least Effort, Intention and Desire, Detachment, and Dharma. Each is held until it is lived: a day, a week, or a month. A law read in an afternoon is a quotation. A law lived is a practice.

How it is delivered

Self-paced, inside The Practice, as an interactive experience. No calls, no calendar, no gates. There are no writing fields on screen. The teaching and the practice happen in the experience; the writing happens in your own notebook, by hand, because writing by hand encodes more deeply than typing and the journey says why. Nothing is downloaded.

What it covers

  • The frame. What a spiritual law is, and what it is not.
  • Law 1 Pure Potentiality.
  • Law 2 Giving and Receiving.
  • Law 3 Karma.
  • Law 4 Least Effort.
  • Law 5 Intention and Desire.
  • Law 6 Detachment.
  • Law 7 Dharma.
  • The integration practice.

What it does not cover

  • The eight-limb yogic ethical architecture. That is Living a Yogic Life.
  • Comparative religion or doctrinal instruction.
  • Devotional or ritual practice.

What is included

  • Daily contact with one law at a time, held as long as it needs.
  • Short educational insight, reflective prompts, and an integration practice at every step.
  • An interactive experience inside The Practice, with no writing fields on screen.
  • A named bridge into the course or pillar that holds this topic at mastery.

What is not included

  • Live teaching, calls, or community.
  • Feedback on what you write. The notebook stays yours.
  • Course-level depth. A journey is a precise instrument for one shift. The bridge tells you where the mastery lives.
  • A physical notebook. You bring your own.
  • Downloads. Everything opens inside The Practice.

This is for you if

  • You have read the laws and want to live them.
  • You want a spiritual frame with a working structure rather than an idea.
  • You want one thing to hold at a time.

This is not for you if

  • You want teaching and structure across a whole domain. Take the course this journey bridges into.
  • You want accountability. The journey is unaccompanied by design.
  • You want to read rather than write. This one asks for your hand.

Questions before you begin

The programme helped me connect spiritual principles to real decisions, relationships, and work. I became more aware of how intention, openness, and detachment influence the opportunities I recognise and create.
