Eight sections walk the frame, the inner map of your own relational patterns, the partnership work, the family work, the friendship work, the community work, and the boundary as sovereignty inside connection.
It is built as an initial deep read and then an ongoing reference. A relational reckoning does not finish on a schedule, and the journey does not pretend it does.
How it is delivered
Self-paced, inside The Practice, as an interactive experience. No calls, no calendar, no gates. There are no writing fields on screen. The teaching and the practice happen in the experience; the writing happens in your own notebook, by hand, because writing by hand encodes more deeply than typing and the journey says why. Nothing is downloaded.
