The description
The assessment names the domain. This journey is where the work happens. A guided passage through the six domains of self-mastery, each moved through the Awareness, Exploration, Confrontation, Integration, Expansion sequence.
You score yourself through reflective prompts, name the patterns underneath the scores, and leave with a precise read of where you stand and the indicated first step. It is built to be returned to, quarterly, for as long as the life keeps changing.
This is the audit instrument of the whole ecosystem. It asks where your life is. It does not ask where it is going, and that boundary is deliberate.
How it is delivered
Self-paced, inside The Practice, as an interactive experience. No calls, no calendar, no gates. There are no writing fields on screen. The teaching and the practice happen in the experience; the writing happens in your own notebook, by hand, because writing by hand encodes more deeply than typing and the journey says why. Nothing is downloaded.
What it covers
- Domain by domain: Self, Relationships, Purpose, Resources, Life Quality, and Vision.
- Short educational insight per domain, then the diagnostic prompts that sit underneath each score.
- The Awareness, Exploration, Confrontation, Integration, Expansion sequence, run six times.
- The integration close: one commitment per domain, written and dated.
- The routing read. Which domain is asking first, and which work serves it.
What it does not cover
- Where your life is going. That is Your North Star, and the vision work lives there.
- Putting the commitments into a calendar. That is Time Mastery.
- Mastery of any single domain. Each domain bridges to the pillar that holds it.
