The description

This journey integrates feng shui, minimalism, aesthetics, and Ayurvedic constitutional awareness into one practice. You read every primary room for what it amplifies and what it suppresses, then attune it: colour, material, light, textile, placement, and season.

The practice word is attunement. You attune each room, each bagua territory, each element to your constitution. Both bagua schools are taught and you choose your working method rather than being handed one.

Module 8 addresses the real constraint. You do not live alone and cannot change the space as you please. It teaches the shared harmonic base first, then the personal magic layered on top, and how to work with limited permission without touching what is not yours.

How it is delivered

Self-paced, inside The Practice, as an interactive experience. No calls, no calendar, no gates. There are no writing fields on screen. The teaching and the practice happen in the experience; the writing happens in your own notebook, by hand, because writing by hand encodes more deeply than typing and the journey says why. Nothing is downloaded.

What it covers

  • M1 Constitution and Space Audit. A dosha self-assessment, then a constitutional reading of every primary room.
  • M2 Feng Shui Foundations. The bagua, command position, chi flow, and the five elements. Both the Western door-aligned school and the Eastern compass school, taught so you can choose.
  • M3 Dosha-Mapped Colour, Material, Lighting, and Textile. Two layers: the space around you, and the fabrics on your skin.
  • M4 Minimalism as Conscious Subtraction. Contextual subtraction only, with the Subtraction Ledger.
  • M5 Aesthetic Calibration. The signature after the clearing.
  • M6 Bedroom Redesign. Sleep architecture first.
  • M7 Workspace and Kitchen. The two remaining high-pressure rooms.
  • M8 The Shared Space. The shared harmonic base, the personal magic, colliding constitutions, and the Shared Space Accord.
  • M9 Seasonal Space Rotation. The lifetime close.

What it does not cover

  • The full clearing practice, walked place by place. That is The Art of Minimalism, and Module 4 routes there rather than replicating it.
  • The full Ayurvedic lifestyle architecture, dinacharya, ritucharya, and agni. That lives in Optimal Wellness and the Ayurveda pillar.
  • A retreat. There is none in this version.
  • Product recommendations or purchases. Nothing is sold inside the journey.
  • Renovation, contracting, or interior design services.

What is included

  • Nine modules, each closing on an Elements card: keep, remove, introduce.
  • The Space Audit Worksheet, the Constitution-Space Map, and the dosha self-assessment.
  • The bagua application worksheet and the command position reference.
  • Dosha guides for colour and material, and for textile at the skin layer.
  • The Signature Document, the Bedroom Specification, the Workspace and Kitchen Specifications, and the Shared Space Accord.
  • The Seasonal Space Rotation calendar.
  • Short educational insight, reflective prompts, and an integration practice at every step.
  • An interactive experience inside The Practice, with no writing fields on screen.
  • A named bridge into the course or pillar that holds this topic at mastery.

What is not included

  • Live teaching, calls, or community.
  • Feedback on what you write. The notebook stays yours.
  • Course-level depth. A journey is a precise instrument for one shift. The bridge tells you where the mastery lives.
  • A physical notebook. You bring your own.
  • Downloads. Everything opens inside The Practice.

This is for you if

  • Your home does not settle you and you cannot name why.
  • You have cleared the space and do not know what to put back.
  • You share a home with people who are not taking this journey.
  • You want the constitutional logic underneath the aesthetics rather than a style.

This is not for you if

  • You want teaching and structure across a whole domain. Take the course this journey bridges into.
  • You want accountability. The journey is unaccompanied by design.
  • You want to read rather than write. This one asks for your hand.

Questions before you begin

Changing my space changed the way I felt inside it. I became more focused while working, more peaceful while resting, and less overwhelmed by visual noise. My environment finally feels aligned with the life I am trying to create.

Where it leads
