The description
Every woman lives inside a triangle. Daughter is the receiving pole, the part of her that wants to be taken care of and does not have to apologise for the wanting. Mother is the giving pole, medicine in her healthy form and depletion in her imbalanced one. Queen is the integration: she holds her ground, gives from fullness, receives without dissolving.
Queen is not separate from Daughter and Mother. She is what they become when neither runs the whole self. The Living Goddess is the curriculum that builds Queen as her centre of gravity, and it is grounded in body rather than floating in abstraction.
It is age-independent, requires no prerequisite, and stands entirely apart from The Female Oracle. The two streams can be taken in either order, or alone.
How it is delivered
Self-paced. No calls, no calendar, no dates. You begin the evening you enrol and move at your own pace. Everything opens inside The Practice as an interactive experience. Nothing is downloaded.
What it covers
- I The Triangle. Foundation.
- II Daughter Work.
- III Mother Work.
- IV Queen Work. The somatic signature, and the three-times-daily return.
- V Masculine and Feminine.
- VI The Ignite the Goddess Practice. The seven-day sensory uplift, one sense per day, including AUM as both Vedic seed-mantra and vagus-nerve humming practice, and abhyanga, the warm-oil self-massage.
- VII The Living Goddess Practice. The Date-with-Myself weekly ritual, the Space-Blessing Walk, the intentional charging of food, space, and projects, and beauty as nervous-system discipline.
What it does not cover
- Cycle literacy, hormones, and life-stage medicine. That is The Female Oracle, and it is a separate stream.
- Devotional invocation practice. The Goddess in the title is the integrated Queen archetype, not a deity to invoke.
- Psychotherapy or crisis intervention. This is integration work.
- Partner or relationship coaching.

- Any Female Oracle course. The two streams are separate.
This is for you if
- She over-gives and calls it love, or waits to be chosen and calls it patience.
- She has read enough psychology to know the inner geography exists, and does not yet have the architecture to inhabit it.
- She is tired of performing femininity and ready to claim her own.
- She wants the archetypal teaching grounded in body, not floating in abstraction.

- She wants a devotional spiritual practice with invocations.
- She is in an acute psychological crisis. Her first call is her treating clinician.
