Fit to Trade
Eight checks. Thirty seconds. Before the session, not after it.
This is not a trading checklist. It does not ask about your setup, your levels, your risk per trade or your thesis. You already have a process for those, and if you do not, no card is going to supply one.
This asks a different question, and it is the one nobody asks you.
Is the operator fit to run the system today.
A strategy is a set of instructions. Instructions are executed by a nervous system, and a nervous system has states. In some of them you will follow your rules without effort. In others you will look at the same chart, know the same rule, and do something else, and afterwards you will call it a lapse of discipline.
It was not discipline. What changes is the physiological state doing the executing, and unlike your conviction, that state is observable before the session rather than after it.
What you will receive
The eight checks. The decision rule that attaches to the count. The four-field log to keep yourself, and the one question to ask your own data after four weeks.
Educational. Not financial, investment or trading advice.
This is educational. It is not financial advice, not investment advice, and not a trading system. It is not medical advice and it does not replace the care of a licensed professional in your country of residence. Trading carries risk of loss. Any decision you take in your own account is your own, taken at your own risk.
These are markers, not measurements. If your sleep is persistently broken, if fatigue does not lift, if your resting heart rate has changed, or if what you are describing as pressure is closer to something else, that belongs with your own physician and it belongs there first.
That is the work.
