The description

Passage IV walks the forty-day fourth trimester, the body's restoration, breastfeeding without shame, the realities of sleep and energy, the full spectrum of postpartum mental health, the matrescence identity shift, sexuality and partnership postpartum, and the return to self that does not require disappearing the mother.

The practices are sized for a broken night rather than an ideal morning. That is deliberate.

How it is delivered

Self-paced. No calls, no calendar, no dates. You begin the evening you enrol and move at your own pace. Everything opens inside The Practice as an interactive experience. Nothing is downloaded.

What it covers

  • IV.1 The Fourth Trimester. Days 0 to 40.
  • IV.2 The Body Restores.
  • IV.3 Breastfeeding, and the Choice Around It.
  • IV.4 Sleep, Energy, and Surviving the Early Months.
  • IV.5 Postpartum Mental Health, with signposting to clinical care.
  • IV.6 The Identity Shift.
  • IV.7 Sexuality and Relationship Postpartum.
  • IV.8 Returning to Self.

What it does not cover

  • Clinical care for postpartum depression, anxiety, or psychosis. Module IV.5 teaches the literacy and signposts; it does not treat.
  • Lactation consulting or infant care guidance.
  • Pregnancy itself. That is Passage III.

What is included

  • 8 self-paced modules inside The Practice.
  • The full teaching, practice, and integration sequence for this stage of life.
  • The integrative response framework for the common concerns of these years, alongside clinical care rather than instead of it.
  • Held for the term of her enrolment, with a refresher rate later.

What is not included

  • Foundation, required and purchased separately at $270.
  • Live calls, cohort, or 1:1 time.
  • Clinical care, prescription, or diagnosis.
  • Downloads. Everything opens inside The Practice.

This is for you if

  • She is inside the first two years after birth and running on a system that has not been rebuilt.
  • She wants practices sized for the life she is actually living.
  • She is preparing during pregnancy for the window that follows.
  • The identity shift has surprised her and she wants it addressed structurally rather than sentimentally.

This is not for you if

  • She has not taken Foundation.
  • She is experiencing postpartum depression or anxiety. That needs clinical support, and it needs it first.

Questions before you begin

I did not realise how much of myself I had lost in the transition into motherhood. This programme helped me make sense of my emotions, physical recovery, and changing identity. I felt supported without being judged.
