The description
This is a diagnostic, not a coaching session. Two hours in which your system is read across six domains, your constitution assessed, your nervous system status noted, and the structural root identified. Where the leverage is, and what the next step actually is.
My role is to see clearly. Yours is to choose with sovereignty. The work begins after.
Applications are read in the order they arrive. If the fit is not right, we say so before you pay.
How it is delivered
Private and one to one, two hours, online with Dr. Mayssam. Application-gated. A pre-session intake form is completed in advance and reviewed before you arrive. A written diagnostic summary follows within seventy-two hours.
What it covers
- The Holistic Mastery Map reviewed and read live across all six domains.
- Constitutional reading: dosha assessment, current physiology, and nervous-system status.
- The structural root. What is actually generating the pattern.
- The recommended pathway, named specifically rather than generally.
What it does not cover
- Ongoing care. The session is a reading, and the pathway is what follows it.
- A conventional medical consultation, prescription, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Therapy or a wellness check-in.
- A guarantee of a specific outcome.
What is included
- A pre-session intake form, completed in advance and reviewed before you arrive.

- A written diagnostic summary delivered within seventy-two hours.

What is not included
- Ongoing support after the session. That is what the pathway is for.
- Programme or course access, unless the pathway names one and you enrol separately.
- Medical care of any kind.
- A refund once the session is held. Applications are reviewed for fit beforehand precisely so this rarely arises.
